Cloud 9, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines
When the Pacific Ocean’s little furies subsided, locals surfed the shore. They were totally unaffected of the threatening waves in front of them.

“People who traveled never regret that they did,” said a twenty-year-old Swedish kid Michael Halpin, who’s been traveling for three months now.

And it is oddly beautiful when you comb the weedy shore and your thoughts suddenly wander to a certain someone and find yourself smiling like an idiot.
“I love you.”
“How much?”
“As beautiful and as scary as the Pacific Ocean.”
Good night, everyone.
Love and laugh,
Jona (who is smiling like an idiot here in Siargao, Philippines)
