Davao’s Best for the Insane

Backpacking with a Book

Our five-day stay in  Davao was meaningfully foodgasmic. Meeting a friend unexpectedly in durianparadise made explorations easy as pie. That’s one character of a place: it makes one remember friends, names, other places.

Together with Karla, we explored Davao’s food culture.  Karla is a food expert, while I an eating expert.  A good match, don’t you think? She is at a loss though since she’s a slow eater. 😉

Sarung Bangi's Beef Steak

Sarong Banggi  has an elegant feel. The restaurant shared the same movie title starring Jacklyn Jose.
